Ridden horses behaviour project and resource

23 April 2012

Nia Huws (VETNET) previously ask for participants for a Ridden Horse Behaviour project from which they gathered huge amounts of data that will take some time to analyse and the results will be reported in due time.
In the meantime, they have set up an open access Ridden Horse Behaviour ‘wiki’ , which you and your students might find useful:
http://riddenhorsebehaviour.wikispaces.com

It is still a work in progress and they are uploading content daily. They are also looking for collaborative input, so that the resource can continue to expand and develop. If any one is interested, you can apply to become a wiki member, enabling you to upload videos and text directly onto the site.

Alternatively you can simply submit any useful video clips on a stick / link.
They have also set up a blog and a facebook page:
http://www.riddenhorse.blogspot.co.uk/
http://www.facebook.com/RiddenHorseBehaviour
If you would like to recieve updates when new content is added to the wiki, please click 'follow by email' on the blog or 'like' their FB page.

Just for info!
