I am most flattered to have been asked to write a chapter for a book on veterinary medicine.  For those of you who know me well, you know that I am not a vet, I am an educationalist who happens to work within the veterinary context. Perhaps one day, I may write a book on specifically 'veterinary education' - but until then, I am definitely not qualified to write about vetmed!

Anyway, my point is that I replied to InTech to let them know I couldn't contribute and a very friendly lady named Ivona Lovric asked if any of my colleagues would be interested in participating in this Open Access book project...?
