Privacy

Data Protection Act 1998

The MEDEV database contains the details you submit to us via our registration form, events bookings or other correspondence. This database will remain private to MEDEV. We shall not make it publicly available (for example on this website) without your agreement, nor shall we give or sell a copy to any third party.

The main purpose of the database is to enable us to fulfil our aim of keeping contact with educators in the medical, dentistry and veterinary medicine and other related areas. However, due to our connections with the Higher Education Academy and the relevant subject associations, we may from time to time act as their agents in distributing printed or electronic materials through our database. We shall keep such distributions to a minimum, and ensure that they are broadly in accordance with our mission as a subject centre.

You may ask to be removed from, or added to, our database at any time.
