36th ADEE meeting: Digital dentistry

Computers, internet, 3D, imagination and learning by playing are conquering our educational environment. Dentistry and dental education have always been on the cutting edge of these educational changes. Think of electronic record keeping, digital radiology, computer assisted learning, Web-based curriculum management systems, etc.

The theme of the 2010 ADEE meeting in Amsterdam is focused on future electronic aids in dental education, like virtual reality techniques. The meeting gives an exciting overview of present and future developments. Experience how dental education penetrates virtual reality learning environments in which students train their skills, test their knowledge and prepare themselves for real life in clinical dentistry.
