As part of M&K Update?s 2010 multi-speaker conference programme they are in the planning stages of a national event exploring the emerging role of Physician Assistants and how more established associated roles such as advanced practitioners are impacting on modern healthcare delivery.
Through a series of presentations (and possibly workshops) this multi-speaker event aims to explore initiatives, case studies, developments and experiences of organisations and teams from the around the country. The aim is to offer the attendee evidence based information, data, tool-kits and experience to take back to their place of work.
Target audience:
* Healthcare professionals from primary and secondary care
* Workforce planning & quality professionals, NHS and independent care managers
* Nursing and allied health professionals who are service and team/ward/unit managers
* Educationalists ? learning and development teams, college lecturers
Event structure:
A series of seven presentations along with poster presentation area.
If possible additional plenary sessions may be included.
