BeSST (Behavoural and Social Sciences Teaching) in Medicine invites proposals for oral presentations and workshops on topics related to any aspects of teaching social and/or behavioural science in medicine.

The aims of the conference are to stimulate debate about the role and direction of the social and behavioural sciences in medicine and to facilitate the development of networks.

Presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with 10 minutes for questions and answers.  Workshops will be 1 ½ hour long.

Please submit your proposals to Sian Faire at socsi-events@cf.ac.uk by 14 April 2012.

For paper proposals please submit: a title, 100-150 word abstract, and a brief biography.

For workshop proposals please submit: a title, a description of who the workshop is aimed at, the maximum number of participants you would like to attend your workshop, the intended outcomes and a brief biography. A flyer is available to download.
