1. Contribute to the development of an active community of practice of those interested in healthcare education leadership, both face to face and online
2. Develop your understanding of opportunities available for recognition and accreditation of your professional development activities and those of others
3. Learn more about and apply collaborative leadership concepts to your own practice
4. Participate in collaborative writing activities with the aim of producing shared outputs for publication and developing your publication strategy
5. Share current challenges and new approaches to staff/education development
6. Identify and discuss the key themes and issues of interest to the education development community
