The meeting will provide participants with an opportunity to share the experiences and ideas of those who have first hand experience with using learning objects in their teaching. It will outline a wide range of proven methods and techniques by which reuse can enhance and extend teaching and learning and it will provide guidelines for organisations and individuals to start to engage with the opportunities of reuse and avoid the pitfalls.
Participants will gain valuable practical insights into the issues regarding reusing materials in electronic and traditional learning environments and they will be better equipped to evaluate the suitability of reusing materials to support their own practice.
