Licence agreement process

In order to streamline the process for collecting signed agreements for educational resources to be attributed with a CC licence we developed an online system for generating emails to authors in our categorisation database with a link to a private webpage with a list of any resources that they had contributed and a drop down choice of CC licence next to it (see below).

When the agreement status is submitted it generates a PDF file which the signatories can download (an example is below).
